Fritzgerdan Malit

Fritzgerdan Malit has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Fritzgerdan currently works for ClearSource BPO as the Director of Business Intelligence. Prior to this, they held positions at ibex, where they served as the Director of Global Business Intelligence and later as the Senior Manager of Global Business Intelligence. At SYKES, they worked as a Senior Manager of Quality and Analytics, responsible for governing the Quality Management System for various programs. Fritzgerdan also worked at Alorica as a Supervisor of Training and Customer Experience, overseeing new hire training and managing the program's quality performance. Before that, they worked at STARTEK as a Sales Support Ambassador and at VXI Global Solutions as a Customer Care Professional. Fritzgerdan'scareer started at Sutherland, where they served as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Product Trainer and Team Manager.

Fritzgerdan Malit obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines Los Baños from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including C/X Blueprint Trained from Six Sigma PH in 2021, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trained from ZENVAREX in 2020, and Design Sprint Innovation from the School of Design Sprint in 2020. Fritzgerdan also received certifications in Agile Methodology and Change Management from SYKES in 2020, Design Thinking from SYKES in 2019, Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Six Sigma PH in 2018, Instructional Design from Pronoia Learning Solutions in 2016, and American Standard for Training and Development from Sutherland in 2012.
