Chase Kocher

Chase Kocher is the Founder of Aim4Hire, established in January 2019 with a focus on delivering high-quality recruiting services to Austin's leading VC-backed startups and expanding to other markets. In addition to leading Aim4Hire, Chase serves as a Recruiting Advisor for both ALTR and Cleartrace starting in January 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Managing Director and Sales Director at Interactive Resources - iR from August 2015 to December 2018, and as a Business Development Manager for Randstad Technologies US from June 2014 to July 2015. Chase holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Southwestern University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
