Ben Lattin has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Ben started their career at US Bank as a Relationship Banker, where they achieved top rankings for their performance. Ben then joined New York Life Insurance Company as an Agent and Registered Representative, specializing in selling various insurance and investment products to small and medium-sized businesses. Following that, Ben joined Key Bank as a Branch Manager and Relationship Manager, responsible for financial statement analysis and portfolio management for self-employed entrepreneurs and small businesses.

In 2010, Ben joined Clearwater Analytics, a web-based investment portfolio reporting and analytics company. Ben held various roles at Clearwater, starting as an Account Manager and later becoming the Business Development Manager. In this role, they led a team of business development representatives, successfully growing the team and sales pipeline. Ben also played a key role in developing sales training curriculum, improving employee ramp time and increasing outbound sales activity. Ben later became the Sales Director for Corporate Cash and eventually the Director of Client Services at Clearwater.

Ben has a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading teams. Ben'sexperience in the finance and insurance sectors, along with their expertise in sales and client services, make him a valuable asset in any organization.

Ben Lattin attended Seventy First High School from 1993 to 1995. Ben later pursued higher education at Boise State University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BBA degree with a focus on Finance and Economics. In 2020, Ben obtained a certification in Foundations from Pragmatic Institute.
