Justin Oakes

Justin Oakes has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Justin is currently working as a Project Manager at Clearwater Construction, Inc. Justin joined the company in 2022.

Prior to this, Justin worked at C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., Inc. from 2012 to 2022. Justin started as a Sr. Project Engineer and later became a Utility Coordinator (In-Training) in 2019.

Justin also worked at ATC Group Services LLC as a Field Technician for a brief period in 2012.

From 2009 to 2011, Justin worked at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. Justin served as a Site Safety Manager and supervised daily operations on high-profile projects, conducted safety trainings, and ensured compliance with safety regulations.

In 2007, Justin worked at Lafarge in various roles including Territory Sales Representative, Manager In Training, Quality Control Field Technician, and Operations Dispatcher/Batch Man.

Justin also had summer internships at Lafarge in 2006 and RMC Allied Readymix, Inc. in 2004.

In 2005, Justin worked as a Laborer for the City of Collegedale, where they assisted in road department tasks, landscaping, and sidewalk construction.

Furthermore, Justin gained experience as an Intern/Laborer at Lambert Concrete in 2005 and had summer internships at RMC Allied Readymix, Inc. in 2004.

Justin Oakes attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Concrete Industrial Management. Additionally, Justin Oakes also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Business Administration, from Middle Tennessee State University.
