Alan McLaughlin Jr

Alan McLaughlin Jr has extensive experience in IT and system reliability, currently serving as a Site Reliability Engineer at Clearwater Paper Corporation since April 2014, where automation of enterprise system interactions is a primary focus. Past roles within Clearwater include Infrastructure Administrator and Technical Analyst II, highlighting a strong background in Active Directory, O365, Exchange, and various infrastructure systems. Prior to this, Alan worked as an IT Contractor with TEKsystems, providing Windows 7 migration support, and as a Technical Analyst at Clearwater, where end-user IT support was managed. Alan holds an Associate's degree in Information Systems Analysis from Lewis-Clark State College.
