Vice President Marketing And Strategic Business Development at Clearwater Seafoods Inc

Don Holdsworth has a diverse and extensive work experience. Don started their career as an Advertising Sales Representative at Warsaw Business Journal in 1995. Don then joined Whitehall-Robins (Wyeth) in 1996 as an Assistant Product Manager, where they learned marketing management fundamentals and contributed to the Dimetapp and Dristan cough and cold brands.

Don Holdsworth later joined The Kraft Heinz Company in 1999 and held various marketing roles, including Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Marketing Director, and Senior Marketing Director. In these positions, they were responsible for leading the marketing teams for brands such as Heinz Ketchup and Condiments, Renée’s Salad Dressings, and Classico Pasta Sauces.

In 2015, Don Holdsworth became the Head of Condiments and Spreads at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they led the integration of the Kraft and Heinz condiments businesses following their merger. Don then served as the Vice President of Global Marketing and General Manager of Lobster at Clearwater Seafoods LP, where they had full P&L accountability and was responsible for global strategy and execution.

Currently, Don Holdsworth is the Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Business Development at Clearwater Seafoods LP, where they are accountable for marketing support, strategic business development, and facilitating relationships with ecosystem partners of Clearwater's new ownership group.

Don Holdsworth attended Queen's University from 1991 to 1995, where they received a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Don'sstudies focused on Business/Commerce, with a specialization in Marketing.
