Kayla Pochek

Kayla Pochek has a diverse background in various human resources and operations roles. Kayla is currently working as a People Operations Specialist at Clearwater since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a People Operations Manager at DriveWealth from April 2021 to June 2022. Kayla also held the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at EMS LINQ, Inc. from December 2018 to April 2021, and at Computer Aid, Inc. from August 2016 to June 2018. Before that, they worked as a Special Event Coordinator at Via of the Lehigh Valley from July 2015 to August 2016, and as an Office Manager at Meris, Inc. from January 2014 to July 2015.

Kayla Pochek obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from Moravian University. Kayla attended Moravian University from 2009 to 2013. In December 2020, they also obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
