Stephanie Servy

Stephanie Servy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephanie began their career with Augusta State University as a French Teacher in 1995. Stephanie then worked as an Insurance and Collections Manager at Augusta Reproductive Biology Associates. In 1998, Stephanie worked as a Physician Coding Consultant and later became the Director of Coding Management and Education at Cardiology of Georgia, Inc. In this role, they developed a compliance plan, audited medical records, and provided training on coding and billing. Stephanie also served as a Regional Compliance Manager at CIGNA Healthcare from 1999 to 2005, where they analyzed health insurance state legislation and ensured compliance within the organization. Stephanie then joined Advanced Gynecology Solutions as a Practice Manager in 2007. Additionally, Stephanie had contractual work experience, including Business Development and Business Strategy roles at companies such as Foot Solutions Inc. and Xytex Cryo-International Cord Blood Bank. Stephanie served as the VP of Medical Management and Training at Foot Solutions Inc., where they developed marketing strategies and identified new revenue streams. Stephanie also worked at CIGNA Healthcare as a Director of Contracting, managing provider contracts and analyzing their financial impact. Currently, Stephanie is the Director of Strategic Accounts at Clearwave Corporation, a patient engagement platform in the healthcare industry. In this role, they have been instrumental in enhancing profitability and productivity for healthcare organizations by simplifying patient scheduling and automating insurance eligibility verification.
