Lisa (Post) Larson

Lisa (Post) Larson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa (Post) is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Clearwing Productions since May 2023. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of People at Merchology from April 2022 to January 2023. From March 2017 to April 2022, Lisa held the position of Vice President Human Resources at New Horizon Academy. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at the Minnesota Vikings, starting as a Human Resources Manager in 2006 and later becoming the HR Director until March 2017. Lisa also worked as an HR Generalist at Polaris Industries from March 2004 to October 2006. Additionally, they held the role of Human Resources Manager at Precision Incorporated from 2001 to 2003 and served as an HR Manager at Watt/Peterson from 1996 to 2000.

Lisa (Post) Larson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management at St. Cloud State University from 1992 to 1994.
