Dominic Kasten

Dominic Kasten has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dominic started their career as an Engineering Intern at General Mills in 2004, where they worked on high-level projects and assisted with data analysis. In 2005, they joined Thermal Transfer Products as an Application/Sales Engineer, where they determined design criteria for heat exchangers and provided support to distributors and customers. In 2007, Kasten joined Cleaver-Brooks as a Sales/Application Engineer, responsible for managing the Sales Configurator tool and providing technical information. Dominic later took on roles as Manager of Business Development and Director of Sales Technologies, where they focused on integrating sales technologies, enhancing CRM platforms, and implementing IT governance standards.

Dominic Kasten attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics.
