Maria Chardakis, MSc has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Maria started their career in 2008 as an EFL Instructor at Doukas Language School. In 2015, they joined Teleperformance Greece as a Learning and Development Specialist, followed by an Operations Team Lead role in the same organization. In 2019, they moved to Webhelp as a Learning and Development Project Manager and in 2020, they became a Senior Human Resources Consultant at INTRASOFT International. In 2021, they took up a role as a Senior Talent Management Partner at efood and in 2022, they are currently working as a Remote Lead at Castor and Head of Remote at Cleeng.

Maria Chardakis has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 2014 and 2015. Maria also has a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Communication from the University of Hertfordshire, obtained between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed courses in Humanities/Humanistic Studies at The American College of Greece between 2009 and 2011. Maria also holds several certifications, including a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) from Cambridge English Language Assessment, obtained in 2014; a Certificate of Participation in the annual Anatolia College model United Nations as a delegate of the Social, Humanitarian & Cultural Committee from International Model United Nations Association (IMUNA), obtained in 2004; a Certificate of Participation in the second annual Thessaloniki Model United Nations conference as a delegate for Angola in the Environmental committee from International Model United Nations Association (IMUNA), obtained in 2003; a Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE) from the University of Michigan; and a Goethe-Zertifikat B1: Zertifikat Deutsch from Goethe Institut.
