Josh Jacobs

Josh Jacobs has extensive work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Josh started their career as a Food Service Worker at McDonald's in 1997. In 2002, they joined the US Army and served as a Chemical, Biological, Radioactive & Nuclear Specialist until 2006. During their time in the army, they also completed the Army Basic and Advanced Skills Course.

After leaving the army, Josh worked as a Criminal Investigation Division Intern at the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command in 2006-2007. Josh then joined the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) in 2007 and held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, and Station Commander. In these roles, they managed virtual recruiting operations, developed social media advertising plans, and trained employees on recruitment and lead generation strategies. Josh was also selected to be part of a project management team to transition all recruitment stations to online recruitment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2014, Josh became the Sr. Medical Talent Acquisition Manager and AMEDD Station Commander at USAREC, focusing on recruiting medical professionals for the army. Josh held this role until 2018 when they were promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Recruiting Manager at Clements Worldwide. In this role, they oversee the entire recruiting process globally and manages a team while also performing full-cycle recruiting for various positions. Josh is responsible for creating and maintaining job descriptions, developing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with employees and managers.

Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, social media marketing, training, and leadership.

Josh Jacobs attended Chesterton Senior High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their High School Diploma. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Post University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (CIS), achieving Summa Cum Laude honors.
