Bonita Bailey

Bonita Bailey has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Bonita is currently the Head of Human Resources Operations at Clermont Hotel Group since March 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Splendid Hospitality Group, where they served as both the Head of People Operations and the Head of People Operations - Accor Division from June 2019 to February 2023. Before that, Bonita worked at Prezzo Ltd as an HR Business Partner, Head of HR, and HR Manager from May 2016 to June 2019. Bonita also has experience in entrepreneurship, having built a successful multi-site restaurant business called Wasabi | Wakame | Salushi | Voila! | KOI Restaurants (Group) from April 2001 to March 2016. Bonita'searlier experience includes a role as the Fundraising and Finance Manager at SPCA Sandton from January 1999 to June 2000.
