Mike Cetta

Director, Scouting Research at Cleveland Browns

Mike Cetta is currently the Director of Scouting Research for the Cleveland Browns. Mike has been with the Browns organization since 2013, starting as an analytics intern. Mike then became a player personnel intern before being promoted to Project Coordinator. In their current role, they are responsible for helping the scouting staff identify and evaluate potential draft picks and free agents.

Before joining the Browns, Mike worked in various roles in the sports industry. Mike started their career as a college football scout for NFL Draft Scout. Mike then worked as a research assistant at Sportvision, where they helped develop player-tracking technology used by the NFL. Mike also interned with the New England Patriots, where they assisted the scouting staff with player evaluations.

Mike Cetta got their bachelor’s degree in statistics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

They work with Andrew Healy - Vice President, Research & Strategy, Glenn Cook - Assistant GM & Vice President of Player Personnel, and Josh Glessing - Vice President, Strategy. Mike Cetta reports to Paul Depodesta, Chief Strategy Officer.
