Luis Omar Castro

Luis Omar Castro has extensive experience in guest services and guest experience management. Luis Omar most recently served as the Director of Guest Experience for the Cleveland Cavaliers since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Guest Services for the Arizona Diamondbacks from March to November 2020. From December 2016 to February 2020, Luis was the Guest Relations Manager for Monumental Sports & Entertainment. Luis Omar also held multiple managerial roles at Walt Disney World, including Guest Experience Manager from November 2015 to December 2016, Custodial Operations Manager from November 2014 to November 2015, and Guest Services Manager from June 2011 to November 2014. Prior to Disney World, they were the Guest Services Manager for Disney Sports/ESPN Wide World of Sports from October 2006 to June 2011.

Luis Omar Castro attended the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. Their field of study during this time was also Psychology.
