Ron Lloyd

Ron Lloyd possesses extensive experience in healthcare management and community outreach, currently serving as the Director of Community Outreach at Cleveland Clinic since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ron held the position of Population Health Manager at UnitedHealthcare, where strategic leadership was provided for population health initiatives in coordination with the Ohio Department of Medicaid. At Neighborhood Family Practice, Ron was the Vice President of Performance Improvement, where responsibilities included overseeing performance improvement and risk management functions. Previous roles include Business Manager at Akron Neurology Inc and various positions at Cleveland Clinic, including Patient Experience Manager and Department Supervisor. Ron's clinical foundation was established through roles as a Staff Nurse at Fairview Hospital and Christus Santa Rosa Hospital, as well as an early career position as Program Director at YMCA of Greater Cleveland.
