Jim Reynolds is the current Development Operations Manager at The Cleveland Orchestra. Jim has been with the organization since August 2010, previously serving as the Development Database Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for Tessitura Arts Management software super-user duties, database management for the Philanthropy and Advancement fundraising development department, gift entry, any/all information and reporting needs to support Major Gift Officers, Special Events, Institutional Support, and Planned Gifts, departmental training, documentation, evaluation/implementation of policy, and maximizing systems to drive contributed revenue. Prior to their time at The Cleveland Orchestra, Jim was an intern at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNE) where they developed the online collection interface using LibraryThing and DotNetNuke CMS, managed the collection of 1000+ digital resource files, tracked materials circulation, cataloged nonprofit resources, developed topic summaries, and assisted individuals who needed nonprofit resource information including grant/foundation research. Jim began their professional career as the Knowledge Center Coordinator at Akron Children's Hospital in May 2006.

Jim Reynolds studied Library and Information Science at Kent State University. Jim also studied Information Architecture and Knowledge Management at Kent State University. Additionally, they hold a B.M. in Performance: Tuba from The University of Akron.

Jim Reynolds reports to Megan Hall, Director of Development Operations. They are on a team with Maredith Sheridan - Development Communications Manager, Mary Cubero Navarro - Development Associate, and Joshua Landis - Annual Fund Manager.
