Justine Porter is the Director of Major Gifts & Planned Giving at The Cleveland Orchestra. Justine has over seven years of experience working in the non-profit sector, with a focus on donor relations and community engagement.

Justine began their career as an Office Administrator with the Cleveland Museum of Art in February 2013. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating community engagement initiatives, creating printed materials and presentations, organizing community meetings, and managing attendees and meeting followups. Justine also played a key role in maintaining relationships with area artists, educators and community members through phone calls, emails and letters.

In December 2014, Justine joined The Cleveland Orchestra as their Director of Major Gifts & Planned Giving. In this role, they are responsible for identifying, cultivating and soliciting major gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations. Justine also oversees the planned giving program, which provides donors with opportunities to make tax-advantaged gifts that support the long-term financial stability of the Orchestra.

Justine Porter has a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance and Music Justine'story from The University of Akron, a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from the University of Mount Union, and a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from The University of Akron. Justine also attended Lakewood High School.
