David M. Kastin

David Kastin is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Clever Leaves where he leads the company’s global legal and compliance function. Previously, Mr. Kastin served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The Vitamin Shoppe, an omnichannel specialty retailer. Mr. Kastin has more than 25 years of experience in the legal profession with experience in representing companies in all facets of their business. Previously, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Town Sports International Holdings, Inc., a leading owner and operator of health and fitness clubs in the Northeast, the United States, Deputy General Counsel at Toys “R” Us, Inc., and he worked at several prominent New York law firms, including Bryan Cave LLP. He began his career as a Staff Attorney in the Northeast Regional Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Kastin graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in Finance and graduated from The Benjamin N. Cardoza School of Law, with a J.D. degree. Mr. Kastin is a member of the New York and New Jersey bar.
