James Harrington

James Harrington has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property and pharmaceuticals. James currently holds the position of Vice President- Global Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Radius Health, Inc., a bio-pharmaceutical company specializing in endocrine therapeutics. Prior to this, they served as interim Senior Vice President Intellectual Property at Novartis and Senior Vice President -Intellectual Property at Takeda. Harrington has also held senior roles at Shire (acquired by Takeda) and Johnson & Johnson, where they managed various aspects of intellectual property, including litigation, prosecution, due diligence, licensing, and acquisitions.

James Harrington has a JD degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
