Shannon Kehoe pursued their higher education at the Georgia Institute of Technology. From 2011 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a major in International Affairs and German, along with a minor in Economics. Following this, they furthered their studies at the same institution, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Analytics, focusing on the Analytical Tools Track, for the period of 2017 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Shannon acquired the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in December 2020, and the Professional Scrum Master I certification in February 2020.
