Charles Holeman

Charles Holeman has a diverse work experience in various roles. Charles started their career as a mechanic at Appalachian Exxon from April 1995 to June 1996. Charles then joined Digital Recorders Inc. in December 1996 as a Customer Support Manager, where they managed customer requests, repairs, and identified trends and failure analyses until May 2012. Since May 2012, they have been working at Clever Devices as a System Support Specialist, offering technical support to customers, documenting issues, and providing escalations for critical issues.

Charles Holeman obtained an Associate's degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Alamance Community College, studying from 1991 to 1993. Charles then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Business Technology at Appalachian State University from 1995 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Charles Holeman obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise from LinkedIn in May 2021.
