Sony Shetty

Sony Shetty has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and public relations. They started their career as an Account Manager at 20:20 MEDIA in 2006 and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2019, Sony worked at Gartner as the Public Relations Lead for India, Middle East, and Singapore. They then joined Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy in 2019 as the Communications Team Lead, a role they held until 2020. In 2021, Sony moved to Wipro Limited as part of the Corporate Communications team and stayed until 2022. Currently, Sony is the Head of Communications & Analyst Relations at CleverTap.

Sony Shetty received a Masters degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, from 1997 to 2000, Sony attended Bangalore University, though the degree and field of study are unspecified.
