Sumantu Mittal

Sumantu Mittal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sumantu is currently serving as the Vice President of Products at CleverTap since November 2021. Prior to joining CleverTap, they were the Founder and CEO of PatchUS Communications Pvt. Ltd. from August 2016 to November 2021. During their tenure at PatchUS, they developed and led the innovative smartphone communications tool, Patch, aimed at transforming phone call experiences.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Sumantu worked as the Co-Founder of Ingenious Applications Pvt. Ltd. from March 2014 to November 2016. Sumantu also gained extensive experience in account management and sales roles, having served as an Account Executive at Dell from October 2011 to February 2014, and as a Strategic Account Manager at Wipro Ltd. from June 2010 to September 2011. Furthermore, they held the position of Manager Sales at One97 Communications Pvt. Ltd. from December 2008 to June 2010, where they demonstrated strong leadership and sales skills.

Prior to their sales and account management roles, Sumantu worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Universal Software Inc. from April 2006 to August 2007, contributing to software module rewriting and solutions consulting. Sumantu also worked as a Network Design Engineer at VirtualWire Technologies from April 2005 to April 2006, and as a Business Development Manager at Avis e Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from September 2003 to April 2005.
