Rita Terto's work experience begins in 2017 as an Aprendiz de Assistente Administrativo at Solarbraz Aquecedores Solares. From 2019-2020, they worked as an Operadora de Caixa at Sonda Supermercados. In 2020, they worked at DHL Express Brasil as an Auxiliar de logística before transitioning to an Assistente de operações role from January 2021 to September 2022. In 2023, they will start working at Arado as an Assistente de Sales Ops.

Rita Terto completed an Ensino Técnico course in Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos e Logística at Instituto Aliança in 2021. In 2022, they began a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) program in the same field of study at Descomplica, which they completed in 2023. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a certification in Habilidades para o futuro from Instituto Aliança, and in 2015, they obtained a certification in Informática Avançada com Processos administrativos | Excel, Word, Power Point from All Net - Unidade Osasco. In 2016, they obtained a certification in a variety of skills related to Ethics, Citizenship, Human Relations, Processes, Logistics, and Information Technology from Associação Projov - Programa Rotário para Jovens.
