Olya Besedina

Olya Besedina has a diverse work experience history. Olya started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy in August 2015, where they assisted with inventory management and medication preparation. In August 2017, Olya worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Pace University, where their responsibilities included maintaining chemical inventory levels, preparing laboratory equipment, and maintaining a clean working area. In June 2020, they interned at Pfizer as a Statistical Programming and Analysis Intern, where they worked with clinical data, created tables and listings, and provided QC work for programmer's deliverables. Currently, Olya is a Science Associate at Click Therapeutics, Inc. since December 2020.

Olya Besedina completed their education at three different institutions. Olya began their education in 2013 at the University of Connecticut, where they pursued Pre-Pharmacy Studies, although no specific degree was mentioned. From 2016 to 2018, they attended Pace University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in 2018 and obtained a Master's degree in Biostatistics in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Olya Besedina has also obtained two certifications. In October 2021, they completed a certification course titled "How to Design an Award-Winning Scientific Poster" offered by Animate Your Science. Olya also obtained a certification in "TreeAge Pro Online Healthcare Modeling" from TREEAGE SOFTWARE, LLC in May 2021.
