Gregory Zajac

Gregory Zajac has extensive experience in biostatistics, currently serving as Senior Manager of Biostatistics at Moderna since April 2024, focusing on preclinical statistics related to infectious disease trials. Prior to this role, Zajac was Principal Biostatistician at ProKidney Corp. from March 2023 to January 2024, where responsibilities included statistical support for Phase II trials of a regenerative cell therapy for chronic kidney disease. The experience also includes leading design and analysis for approximately 30 clinical pharmacology studies at Incyte from October 2020 to March 2023, contributing to three FDA submissions. Earlier academic roles included a Graduate Student Research Assistant position at the University of Michigan, developing statistical methods for human genetics research, and various undergraduate research and intern roles. Zajac holds a PhD and an MS in Biostatistics from the University of Michigan and a BS in Statistics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
