Esteban Naegel is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the maritime industry, currently serving as the Head of Sales at Click&Boat since July 2016, overseeing markets including France, the UK, Spain, the US, and the Netherlands. With a proven track record in individual sales performance and team leadership, Esteban has progressed through various roles at Click&Boat, from Sales Executive to Country Manager for the USA, where successful project management and market development were key responsibilities. Prior to Click&Boat, Esteban held positions at The Bridge Accelerator, Le Citadingue, and Locavalaire, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet targets, recruit and train team members, and drive business performance. Esteban holds a Master's degree from KEDGE Business School and has completed studies in economics and management.
