Swapna Gundawar

Swapna Gundawar began their work experience in September 2022 as a Salesforce Administrator at Mom Relaunch. In this role, they developed processes to capture missing new hire information, automated email-sending processes using flow builder, and created workflows and validation rules. Swapna worked at Mom Relaunch until February 2023.

From November 2022 to February 2023, Swapna also volunteered at the Bounce Children's Foundation. Swapna developed reports and dashboards as part of a process improvement initiative to help chronically ill children and their families.

In January 2023, Swapna started working at Clicked as a Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin Sprint.

Swapna Gundawar began their education at Nagpur University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology from 2002 to 2006. Swapna then furthered their education in Salesforce administration by completing the Salesforce Talent Alliance Career Cohorts program in 2022. Additionally, Swapna obtained several certifications from Trailhead by Salesforce, including Salesforce certified Associate and various superbadge units related to access governance, authentication governance, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on settings, security governance, user authentication settings, user authentication troubleshooting, app customization, business administration, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards, and security. Swapna's most recent certification is the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) obtained from Trailhead.
