Blake Ghormley is an experienced Customer Success leader with a robust background in building and managing customer success teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at ClickFunnels, Blake's previous roles include Head of Customer Success at Truleo and Corvee, where significant achievements involved developing departmental processes, training frameworks, and client retention strategies that resulted in reduced churn rates. At Axon, Blake created a dedicated branch for small-market customers, enhancing performance metrics and communication tools. With earlier experience at Republic Services and Infusionsoft, Blake has consistently focused on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development.
