Ashtyn A. has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. In their most recent role at Clicklease, starting in 2022, they successfully established and built the talent acquisition function from scratch. They implemented processes and policies to support a best-in-class recruiting experience and managed a team of two recruiters. Ashtyn also implemented Greenhouse software, streamlining recruitment and hiring processes.

Prior to this, Ashtyn worked at Red Stag Fulfillment as a Human Resources Manager from February 2021 to July 2022. They were responsible for redefining the 3PL experience for both clients and employees. They leveraged technology to ensure accurate, reliable, secure, and fast shipping.

Before that, Ashtyn worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Red Stag Fulfillment from October 2020 to February 2021. They also worked as a People & Culture Coordinator at BPR Hotels from January 2020 to June 2020.

Ashtyn began their career as a Human Resources Intern at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in May 2019, where they gained valuable experience in the field.

Throughout their career, Ashtyn has demonstrated strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to implement processes and technologies to improve recruitment and HR operations.

Ashtyn A. attended Utah Valley University from 2012 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. In September 2021, Ashtyn obtained a certification in 10-Hour General Industry Safety and Health from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA.
