Jim Peck has extensive experience in customer marketing and sales strategy. Jim started their career in 2004 as a Customer Support Analyst at Unilever. Jim then progressed to roles such as Assistant Brand Operations Manager, Trade Marketing Analyst, Associate Category Management Manager, Category Strategy Manager, and finally as a Customer Marketing Manager at Unilever. In 2014, they joined L'Oréal as a Key Account Manager for Safeway. Since 2015, they have been working at Clif Bar & Company, where they have held various positions including Customer Marketing Manager, Senior Customer Marketing Manager for International markets, Senior Customer Marketing Manager for the CLIF brand, and Director of Customer Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, and Shopper Marketing/eMarketing at Clif Bar & Company.

Jim Peck attended Penn State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Logistics.
