Rachael Grant - Cmca Ams

Rachael Grant, CMCA, AMS, is an experienced project manager currently with Cliff House Maine since July 2023, and serves as a partner at Sterling Management Group since August 2019, providing business consulting services across various sectors including hospitality and property management. Previously, Rachael owned RSW Consulting, LLC since December 2018, and held the position of senior trainer at Springer-Miller Systems from July 2022 to July 2023. Rachael’s extensive background in property management includes roles such as Director of Property Management and Human Resources Training Manager at Stowe Mountain Lodge from March 2008 to December 2018, and Training Manager at Trapp Family Lodge from August 2007 to March 2008. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Gaylord Entertainment from June 2006 to June 2007. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Pensacola Junior College.
