Harry Kritzer

Harry Kritzer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and real estate transactions. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Clifford Chance since November 2021, Kritzer has previously held roles such as Of Counsel at Cyruli Shanks from 2011 until January 2022 and at Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C. from 2008 to 2011.
