Tiernan Brady currently serves as the Global Director of Inclusion at Clifford Chance, a position held since March 2019. Prior to this, Brady was the Executive Director of Australians for Equality, working on the Australian Marriage Equality campaign from March 2016 to January 2018. From 2009 to 2016, Tiernan was involved with GLEN, Ireland's leading organization for LGBTI equality, where roles included Policy Director and Political Director, focusing on relationship recognition and leading the political strategy during the Irish marriage referendum. Brady's political career began with Fianna Fáil, where responsibilities included serving as the Director of Organisation for prominent politicians and managing numerous electoral campaigns. Additionally, Tiernan served as Councillor and Mayor of Bundoran Town Council from 1999 to 2009, introducing significant policies for land development and coastal conservation. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Relations from Dublin City University and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin.
