Xandra Niehe Head of People and Culture

Xandra Niehe currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Clifford Chance since October 2022 and is an Executive Board Member at Leids Universiteits Fonds as of August 2024. Previously, Xandra held the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at Ohpen from March 2021 to September 2022 and served as the Head of People & Culture a.i. at Innoleaps. A sabbatical was taken in 2020 for writing a book, and prior roles include working on a talent development project at VanMoof and serving as Head of People & Culture/CHRO at Aberkyn from 2014 to 2019. Xandra also worked as Head of People for The Netherlands & Southern Europe at Strategy& and held leadership positions at Squarewise. Xandra holds a Master of Law from Leiden University and completed gymnasium at Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet.
