Andrea Ocampo

Andrea Ocampo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and partnerships within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Senior Associate for Development at Climate Arc since August 2025, Ocampo previously held the position of Global Partnerships Officer at the International Rescue Committee from July 2021 to August 2025, supporting humanitarian efforts for refugees and displaced individuals. Prior to that, Ocampo worked as Strategic Partnerships Lead at Justice Defenders, focusing on legal training for incarcerated individuals, and as a Senior Business Development Associate at Smarter Good, Inc., a firm dedicated to social impact. Earlier experience includes roles as Development Associate and Research Fellow at EON The Stakeholder Relations Group, where Ocampo specialized in communications and public relations. Ocampo holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, graduating Cum Laude from Ateneo de Manila University.
