Penny Cross

Penny Cross serves as the Director of Strategic Communications & Marketing at the Climate Bonds Initiative since December 2023, following a distinguished tenure as Director of Strategic Communications & Marketing at CDP from 2012 to December 2023, where efforts focused on encouraging companies to disclose their environmental impact. Holding the position of Director at PMC Communications Limited since 2006, Penny previously worked as Communications Director for the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and spent over a decade as a Board Director at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, managing significant communications campaigns for major European companies. Early in the career, Penny was a Communications Consultant for Deutsche Telekom from 1995 to 2000. Penny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from The University of Reading.
