Rita also leads experienced hires and bi-annual Internship hires, always on the hunt for motivated sustainability talents for mutual learning and impact. Rita also holds the title of Business Development Manager at a startup in stealth mode, striving to bring cutting-edge technology to the industry. Prior to their current roles, Rita worked as an Executive Recruiter at Pemberton Stewart and as an Alternative Investment Recruiter at Cobalt Recruitment. With a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance, Rita has a strong background in advisory on retail projects and financial analysis.
