Rebecca Chappell

Rebecca Chappell is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR at EDAM Group since June 2017, after holding the position of HR Manager. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Swinton Group from March 2012 to June 2017, where roles included Employee Relations Advisor, HR Helpdesk Advisor, and Employee Relations Assistant. Earlier experience includes a Business Support Assistant role at Dalkia and serving as Project Coordinator for the Future Jobs Fund. Rebecca holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in HR Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a CIPD Level 5 qualification from Warrington Collegiate, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University.
