Head of Product at Climate Impact X

Tom Enger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tom is currently the Head of Product at Climate Impact X, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, Tom worked at SGX from 2017 to 2021, where they held two roles. From August 2019 to July 2021, they served as the Vice President of Strategy & Market Development for the Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) division. Before that, from February 2017 to July 2019, they were the Vice President of Strategy & Market Development for the Derivatives division.

Earlier in their career, Tom worked at S&P Global Platts from 1999 to 2017, where they held various positions. Their roles included Senior Lead of Strategy & Product Development from May 2014 to January 2017, Asia Director of Strategic Business Development from August 2011 to May 2014, Global Editorial Director of Pricing Methodology R&D from March 2008 to August 2011, and Managing Editor of Market Analyst & Reporter from August 1999 to March 2008.

Tom Enger has a diverse education history. Tom began their studies at the University of Oxford from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Modern History. In 1997, they continued their education at Durham University and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Anthropology. Later, from 2007 to 2010, Tom attended the National University of Singapore, where they focused on Strategy & Organization and earned an MBA. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued further education in Business Process Management, specifically Lean Six Sigma, at McGraw-Hill BPM.
