Ivan Oliveira

Ivan Oliveira is the Deputy Secretary for Sustainable Development Finance at the Ministry of Finance of Brazil. Ivan also holds positions such as Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Economy and Member of the Board of Directors at SERPRO. In addition, Ivan serves as Alternate Director for Brazil at the New Development Bank and Alternate Governor for Brazil at various international organizations such as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the International Fund for Agricultural Development. Ivan has a Ph.D. in Management and has held various roles at the Institute of Applied Economic Research, including Director of the Postgraduate Program and Coordinator of International Economic Studies.
