Diali Avila

Diali Avila is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, policy consulting, and campaign coordination. Currently serving as the AZ States Desk at Climate Power and as the owner of Magentaz LLC, Diali has previously held roles including Federal Policy Consultant for The Climate + Clean Energy Equity Fund and logistics lead for the ACLU of Arizona's Border Humanity Project. Diali's expertise encompasses campaign management, coalition building, and field operations, with notable positions such as Senior Field Manager at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights and Deputy Raiz Program Manager at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Diali has demonstrated a commitment to advancing social justice and equity through strategic advocacy and community engagement initiatives.
