Climate United
Michael Grossman is a seasoned finance professional with significant leadership experience in impact investment and private credit. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at Climate United since June 2024, Grossman previously held the position of Managing Director for Impact Investment at Social Finance from September 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, Grossman was Managing Director and Head of Private Credit at New Island Capital Management, Inc. from 2012 to 2020. Grossman's career also includes senior roles at Calvert Social Investment Foundation, Inc., McKinsey & Company, and the Millennium Challenge Corporation, as well as extensive experience at Citibank where Grossman served as Citigroup Country Officer in Tunisia and Senegal. Grossman's educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown University.
