Jørgen Holst has over 19 years of experience in sales and management. Jørgen started their career in 2002 as a Team Leader and Technical Support at Ventelo. In 2006, they moved to TDC, where they held the roles of Account Manager and Solutions Architect. In 2011, they joined SnapTV as a Senior Channel Account Manager. In 2012, they joined Intelecom Group as a Sales Executive and Key Account Manager. In 2016, they became Head of Sales - Communication at SmartWorks AS. In 2017, they joined Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a Major Account Manager. In 2019, they joined boost.ai as Vice President Sales EMEA, where they scaled-up the EMEA sales team, established regional sales offices, and ramped up Country managers in key markets. In 2022, they founded Holst Management and became Regional Vice President of Sales EMEA at ClimateView.

Jørgen Holst obtained a Generell Studiekompetanse from Møglestu in Athletic Studies from 1997 to 2000. Jørgen then attended It-Akademiet from 2001 to 2002, where they earned a Certified Systems Engineer in Network. From 2002 to 2003, they attended University of Agder (UiA) for Media and Communications. Jørgen also attended Lillesand Ungdomsskole from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a CCNP in March 2015 and has an MCSE from Microsoft.
