Luisana Aizprua

Luisana Aizprua has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2009, they began their career as a Fiscal Assistant and Marketing Supervisor for the Student Government at the University of South Florida. In 2010, they interned for the Florida Democratic Party and in 2012, they interned for Obama for America. In 2013, they became a Senior Legislative Assistant for the Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador. From 2015 to 2020, they held roles at Socialbakers, including Enterprise Customer Success & Services Director - LATAM, Customer Success Manager - LATAM, and Value Adoption Manager - UK & Nordics. Additionally, in 2015, they were a Marketing Manager for MMP LLC International Consulting. In 2020, they were a Program Director and Operations Manager for All Hands and Hearts, and in 2022, they began their current role as Customer Success Manager - North America for ClimateView.

Luisana Aizprua completed their Master of Arts in Sociology from the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida in 2011.
