Marjolijn Kindt

Marjolijn Kindt has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Marjolijn is currently the Head of Business Operations at Clinials since March 2023. Previously, they founded and owned Blue Lotus Solutions, where they focused on improving productivity and profits in businesses through system design and delivery.

Marjolijn also served as the Treasurer and Director on the Board of Directors at Audiology Australia ® from November 2020 to present. In August 2022, they worked as the Chief Stakeholder Officer at BSNAPPS.COM until March 2023.

Their previous roles include Operations Specialist at Clinials from March 2022 to October 2022, Head of Client Services at VALD from May 2021 to November 2021, and Manager of Customer Solutions - AU/NZ at WSAudiology from July 2019 to April 2021. At WSAudiology, they also held the position of Signia TeleCare Ambassador AU/NZ from August 2016 to April 2021, where they played a vital role in introducing new technologies and promoting tele-health services.

Apart from their industry experience, Marjolijn has also contributed as a Guest Lecturer at various universities including The University of Queensland, The University of Western Australia, and Flinders University from October 2013 to October 2019.

Marjolijn Kindt has a diverse education history. Marjolijn obtained their Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration and International Leadership from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Post Graduate Degree in Audiology/Audiologist from Katholieke Hogeschool voor Gezondheidszorg Gent between 1997 and 1999. Marjolijn Kindt also holds a Master's degree in Audiology/Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Ghent University, which they completed from 1993 to 1997.

In addition to their degrees, Marjolijn Kindt has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Marjolijn became a Director at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in June 2022. In September 2019, they obtained the certification of New Leader from the Australian Institute of Management. Other certifications include being a WorkCover Provider since February 2008, an OHS Practitioner under the Office of Hearing Services since September 2004, and an Accredited Audiology Australia Audiologist since October 2003.
