Megan Adamson, MD, MHS, FAAFP, DipABLM, DipABOM has had a diverse work experience in the field of family medicine. Megan is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians. Prior to this, they were the Clinic Medical Director at Clinica Family Health. Megan has been involved with the American Academy of Family Physicians, serving on the Commission on Quality & Practice from 2017 to 2021. Dr. Adamson has also worked as a Family Physician at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and was an Assistant Professor at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Before that, they served as a Family Physician at Triangle Family Practice and Duke University Medical Center, where they were also a Clinical Instructor. Megan completed their fellowship at Duke Family Medicine.

Megan Adamson, MD, MHS, FAAFP, DipABLM, DipABOM, began their education at Pomona College from 1998 to 2002, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Spanish. Megan then attended Boston University School of Medicine from 2003 to 2008, earning their Doctor of Medicine degree. Megan further pursued their education at Duke University from 2010 to 2013, specializing in Clinical Leadership and receiving a Master of Health Sciences degree.
