Jessica (Chumaceiro) Tredway has been employed in various roles since 2009. In 2009, they were an Office Manager Assistant at Family Medicine of Westchester. In 2015, they joined Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) as a Customer Relationship Manager and Member and Customer Services Specialist. As Customer Relationship Manager, Jessica was responsible for building, retaining, managing, and fostering relationships between CLSI and its stakeholders including members, customers, volunteers, and vendors. Jessica was also responsible for the operational and communication aspects of Member and Customer Services, including handling escalated customer service inquires; day-to-day communication for membership activities; managing the membership and customer database; and providing communication and data analysis support as a member of the Marketing team.

Jessica (Chumaceiro) Tredway has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University, which they completed in 2014. Jessica majored in Marketing and International Business. During their studies at Villanova, they also took Hispanic Studies Courses at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2013. Prior to that, they attended John F. Kennedy Catholic High School from 2006 to 2010.
