Katrina Forster

Katrina Forster has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Katrina started their career as a Management Consultant at KPMG Advisory from 2003 to 2007. Katrina then worked as a Management Consultant at PKF (UK) LLP from 2007 to 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Manager at Bowood House. In 2012, they became an HR Officer at FirstGroup and held the position until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Withers & Rogers LLP, initially as an HR Advisor and later as an HR Manager. In 2018, they briefly worked as an HR Manager at Hargreaves Lansdown before joining Osborne Clarke as an HR Business Partner and then as an HR Projects Specialist. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Head of HR at EIP. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Clinical Partners, starting in 2023.

Katrina Forster completed their education with a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of Bristol between 1999 and 2003. Before their university studies, Katrina attended Downe House School from 1994 to 1999, although the specific degree or field of study accomplished there is unknown.
